If you’re not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary.

My Beliefs
I believe it’s time for us to let go of the limiting beliefs, conditionings, and oppressive structures we adopted from our families, authority figures, friends, media, and dominant culture.
I believe the world and human beings will always be both: light and dark, good and bad, love and fear. I believe we’ll find power when we embrace our whole selves with more love and compassion.
I believe in the transformational and healing power of kindness and compassion. We have been seeing these qualities as weak when in fact they have the power to completely transform a person and the world around them.
I believe that you are worthy of the love you keep giving to everybody else. We have been living with a low sense of self-worth that keeps us from getting our needs met, asking for help, and making healthier choices.
I believe it’s time for us to take up space in the world. Our unique expression and authentic self was meant to be shared to bring more creativity, beauty, life, expansion, and love to the world.
I believe you were created on purpose, have value, and are a gift to humanity. When you peel back the layers that have been keeping you small, contained, and disempowered you will believe that too.
I believe everybody has a story waiting to be told, heard, and seen. Stories are meant to connect, teach, be passed down, and heal.
I believe that we all have access to deep inner wisdom. Our past, our experiences, our knowledge, our connection to something beyond ourselves is all available to when we’re ready to be still and listen.
I believe that women are going to change the world. For too long women and their ways of being have been disregarded and viewed as weak, wrong, broken, and disruptive. We are here to show the world what happens when we embody a way of living that has for too long been forgotten.
I believe when women own their birthright to embodied pleasure the dominant culture systems will break down and be replaced by something more true, beautiful, inclusive, and just.
